Candice was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales and to The Bahamas Bar in 2010 and was certified with the International Compliance Association in Anti-Money Laundering and Governance, Risk and Compliance in 2015. Candice worked for Baycourt Chambers for 9+ years in Civil and Commercial litigation matters defending Banks, Financial Institutions, Hotels and Insurance Companies, locally and globally. She has 8+ years’ experience in Compliance providing Anti-Money Laundering Solutions in the Financial Services sector for a private company and most recently worked as Deputy Manager of Policy and Procedures with the Compliance Commission of The Bahamas.

She is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist with ACAMS and a member of The Bahamas Bar Association, The Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers and the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Candice heads the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Working Group at Genesis.
